Wonderful Weekend

     I had a great weekend! On Saturday, I did the 1-Mile Twilight run. My Nana and Uncle Rick came all the way from Wellsville, NY to see me run! I got second place for the elementary school girls with a time of 6:43! The girl that beat me this year was actually the same girl that beat me last year. I think this is her last year doing it because she is already in 5th grade. 
     Every year as part of the 1-Mile Elementary School Challenge, they give out a huge trophy for the school with the best time. My school has had it for 2 years in a row and this year we won it again!  Hurray for CP!

On Sunday morning, I did a mini triathlon in Harleysville, PA. It was 3 laps swim, 1 mile bike and a 1/2 mile run. Once again, Nana and Uncle Rick got to see me compete. Uncle Vin & "Auntie" Katie, George & Travis also came. I got 3rd place for the 9-10 year old girls and got a really cool bronze medal! This is probably my favorite medal because it is so cool looking.

After that, I had to go to pre-season summer swim practice. Then, we went to Llanerch Diner for dinner. The food was delicious, but I ate too much because the Kid's Meal was quite a lot of food and I got a stomach ache. This was the best weekend ever!

Thank you Nana and Uncle Rick, Uncle Vin & "Auntie" Katie, George & Travis for coming to cheer me on and see me compete, and thank you Mommy and Daddy for supporting me in all these races!
