My Spectacular Spring Break

Over spring break, I went to Tennessee to see my Papa! It was awesome! This will give you some idea of what I did during my trip:
Day 1-Sunday, driving day (more than 11 hours long)
Mommy and Daddy took turns driving while I
  • read
  • wove
  • made a belated birthday card for my Papa
  • played on my ipad
  • snacked
  • slept
  • slept
  • slept

Day 2-Monday
  • went on a 2.5 mile run in the morning
  • was being very, very lazy
  • Mommy and Daddy went out while Papa and I made peanut butter fudge! (See secret recipe below)
  • Mommy and Daddy surprised Papa by getting him a new TV because you could only see 2/3 of the screen on his old TV! Everyone's head was getting chopped off on the old one.
  • played poker for candy
Day 3-Tuesday
  • drove around for hours to look for a trail head
  • finally found it and we all went on a short hike (A little less than 6 miles), even Papa joined us for about a mile of it.
  • was being lazy, lazy, lazy
  • played poker for candy again
Day 4-Wednesday
  • went on a 3 mile run at the duck pond. QUACK!
  • saw the cutest donkey ever! Could not get pictures :(
  • Papa's friend, Lenore came over for lunch and we had a good time playing Sequence afterwards.
  • took pictures and fed apples to the  horses across from
    Papa's house. NEEEIIIIGGGGH!
  • went on a hike to the tower

Day 5- Thursday, Driving Home Day
  • played on DS
  • played on ipad
  • made card for the Tooth Fairy
  • wove
  • snacked
  • slept
  • slept
  • slept
Day 6- Friday
  • did absolutely nothing. It was by far my laziest day of the week.
Day 7- Saturday
  • went running with Mommy to prepare for the Kevin Cain 5K run that our whole family is doing next Sunday.
  • went to our neighborhood church for Easter egg hunt, got lots of candy
  • went to the Phillies game with my family and my friend Mei and her family, ate lots of candy

Thank you Papa, we had a great time in Tennessee! Thank you for cooking for us everyday. Also, thank you Mommy and Daddy for taking me, and putting up with my constant annoyingness (is that a word?) and craziness on the ride there! I love road trips especially when they are more than 11 hours long!
