Mowing the Lawn is Harder Than it Looks

     Today, I mowed a lawn for the first time, and got paid doing it! Unfortunately, I chose to start with my grandpa's lawn, and let's just say it was much harder than expected! My grandpa's lawn is VERY bumpy, so mowing it is like mowing a fluffy wave. It's also pretty big, and BIG lawn + HOT sun = one tired, sweaty Activegirl! 

     I used the money I earned to treat my family to pizza. Then, I split the remaining pot with my dad. Thanks for teaching/ helping me with the lawn. Daddy!

     Life Lesson Learned: If you want to make some cold, hard, cash, you better be prepared to work for it! I have the blisters to prove it!

    Good for you! You have learned a life lesson that most people still haven't learned as an adult :) Even more impressive is the fact that you shared your hard earned money with your family. Nice! You can mow my lawn anytime! :) Lots of love!!!
