Arrival (Continued from Part 1)

When we finally arrived at our hotel in Anaheim, our room wasn’t ready yet, so we took a walk to Jonny Rockets for a deeeeeelicious lunch of burgers, fries, and milkshakes! J Peacock Inn was awesome! There was a microwave, fridge, couch, 2 flat screen TVs, and a basket with popcorn! For the rest of that day, we just enjoyed our day in the hotel. That means sleeping for Mommy and Daddy, and cable for me!

Day 1

The park opens at 8, so we woke up 6:30, enjoyed our breakfast, then took the ART bus to Disneyland. After checking in our tickets, we headed to California Adventure, one of the two parks in Disneyland. The first ride we tried in California Adventure was The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror!!!! Awesome name, right? The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror was so scary; I think I cut off the circulation in Mommy and Daddy’s hands from holding them so tight! After we went on a bunch more rides, we headed back to the hotel for lunch, then went back to the park. We had a hopper pass. That means that we could hop from park to park, so this time we went to the Disneyland Park and walked around. After going back to the hotel for lunch, we then hopped back over to California Adventure to catch World of Color, a popular night time Disneyland show. My whole day had been going great! I was in the happiest place on earth, I barely had to wait for rides thanks to fast passes, and I was spending time with Mommy and Daddy, but World of color was no fun at all! I couldn’t see ANYTHING! Not only that, but I was wearing shorts, so I was freezing, and it didn't really help that they sprayed light bursts of water on the audience!!! My dad lifted me up a few times so I could see some parts of it, but what I saw was blurry and not very good quality. It’s cool how they project pictures on the water, but it gets old after 5 minutes. Except for this show, my days in Disney were off to a great start!

Day 2

This time we woke up a bit later and arrived at the park at 8:30. Our day was very similar to the day before, except for the fact that we tried more rides in the Disneyland Park. At night, we watch the Mad T Party band. They were amazing!

 Day 3

This was the day of trying new things. We saw some people eating these GINORMOUS turkey legs, so we decided to try one. It was DEEEEEELICIOUS! After that, we headed to the Tiki Room to try a Dole pineapple whip. A Dole pineapple whip is basically just really good pineapple ice cream. I was not disappointed but the taste, but I was in fact disappointed to discover that the inside of my ice cream was hollow. L That night, we watched Fantasmic, a really good show about how evil villains work together to try to take Mickey down.

Day 4

On our last day, we decided to use our Magic Morning. A Magic Morning allows you to go into the park 1 hour before opening. Then, we enjoyed the rest of our day by going on the rides we liked most over and over and over again.

This was an amazing trip!!!! Thank you to Maria, Auntie Karen, and the Liangs for being such great hosts and letting us come to your homes. Most of all thank you to my awesome Mommy and Daddy for this trip! Now I can say I’ve been to Disneyland! But wait!!!! I can’t say I’ve ever been to Disneyworld! J I know where were going for our next big trip!
