Captioning Camping

We had a great time camping last weekend. We went hiking, minnow catching, and even ziplining at Camelback Mountain Resort. Check out some of the fun, told entirely through pictures and captions.
Posing with Gertrude (Bob was temporarily demoted) in front of the waterfall.
BACON!!! We never get bacon! Well except for when we go camping. I love camping.

Buttella Mellow (Banana, Nutella, and marshmallow)
breakfast panini sandwich. Haha, butt.

I can totally start a fire on my own!
Well, with a tumbleweed fire starter (compliments of Auntie Alice).

Look at dat bootiful fire.

Easy, breezy, beautiful. Camping girl.

Reading while waiting for Mommy & Daddy to finish their naps.

Cue stoic waterfall pose for Bob.

Is that a finger or a bug?

Mommy posing for a picture alone. We were otherwise occupied at the moment.

STRRREEETTCCCHHHH!
Honey-Bunny-Love-Muffins (oh, and Doggy)!

Finally, Mommy is satisfied with the picture!

Connecting strands of Twizzlers together with fire in preparation for my evil plan. MUHAHAHA.

Okay, I was using the Twizzler string to knit. Not that evil, but very delicious.

I SAID NO MORE PICTURES!!!!

Catching minnows. Not like there's any in the sand. Get in the water and help, Bob!

GAH, they're too fast!

They'll take your bread, but the minute you try to scoop them up with a net, they bolt.
Darn minnows.

I CAUGHT A CATFISH!!! We ended up with three at the end (plus 2 tadpoles, 3 tiny fish, and a locust named Alphonzo)

Who's that in the corner ruining Daddy's awesome action shot?
No seriously, we should probably crop him out.

Mustaches!  Doggy started it.
Mama mia, hikings-a-fun!

Daddy naps way too much. That was his... hmm... 8th nap of the trip?

Mommy's turn!
Group selfies!
(Can you spot the differences?)

Mommy and Doggy and CC sitting in a tree, P-O-S-I-N-G (for pictures).

Bob and Slob dream team selfie.

Fami-tree photo. Get it? Tree?

DUN DUN DUN! Quick, snap the photo, these harnesses are heavy!

Waiting, waiting on the world for you (or in our case on a 1,000 foot zipline)

Tell me, does this harness make me look fat?

WHEEEEEE!!!!!

CC, jungle girl, swinging through the zipline trail.

I got stuck in that stupid cargo net after swinging over on a rope :( The guide nearly had to come up and help me! Meanwhile, Mommy and Daddy were cracking up the whole time. >:(
